This sleep-friendly blend is warm in spirit and friendly like a teddy bear when you’re getting ready for bed.

Hug yourself while you drink a cup.

Method: Place a teaspoonful of mixture into infuser basket or tea ball; add hot water. Let brew for 4 minutes. Remove infuser basket or tea ball. Add a single drop of honey if desired. Stir.

Ingredients: anise leaves & stems, calendula flowers, chamomile flowers, lavender leaves, flowers & stems, lemon verbena leaves, pineapple sage, apple mint, marigold (tagetes) flowers, oregano leaves, poppy petals, rosa rugosa petals, tulsi Krishna leaves & flowers.
